Meet the Team

Hannah Randolph is a recruiter who uses her passion for understanding human behavior and helping others in every search and recruitment she leads. She accomplishes this by building a relationship with her candidates and clients first, to understand each component needed for both parties' optimal match. Hannah holds experience within nonprofit organizations, education, counseling, and entrepreneurship.

Her education includes a Bachelor's of Science in Experimental Psychology from University of Central Florida.
