Jane Wytzka is a Board-Certified Coach. She has been affiliated with Newland Associates since 2012. Her specialties include career transition, career planning, job search strategies, transition to the new job, leadership and executive coaching. She also offers non-financial retirement coaching and coaching in the decision-making process and start up for business ownership. She has co-hosted the International Coach Federation (ICF) Global Career Coaching Community of Practice since 2008. She adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics.
Over her 20+ years of experience, she has coached clients from very diverse backgrounds—from the shop floor to the executive suite.
Jane’s early career was in the area of talent development working on many large projects throughout the US and as an adjunct professor teaching courses in interpersonal communication skills and organizational behavior.
Jane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Jacksonville University, Master of Arts in Business and Personnel Counseling and a MBA in General Business Administration from the University of North Florida. She has earned many hours of coach specific training and holds several certifications including: Board Certified Coach, Certified Leadership and Executive Coach, Certified Job Search Strategist through The Academies. She is qualified to administer MBTI, Strong, Strengths Finders and other assessments.
