Director Materials Management

He has been working in supply chain for over 15 years and has been in healthcare for over 5 years. He is currently the Director of Materials Management and oversees one hospital; 7 offsite locations and he is responsible for the entire supply chain from beginning to end.
He has 2 direct reports and 37 indirect reports. His approach to management and leadership is to ensure there is a strong sense of collaboration amongst his team. He empowers his people to make decisions and feels that he couldn’t be successful without them. When it comes to cost savings, he has found very innovative ways to create savings. One example of this is within their clinical space. He was able to negotiate a deal where they purchased the loaner trays, they had at the end of the year, which created a 20% discount and brought the price down from $1.5 million to $700,000. This purchase not only brought in a savings, but it allowed them to then claim the trays as an asset. He also negotiated their payment on a quarterly basis to be able to hold on to the money throughout the year. He has a strong foundation in sourcing and procurement, and he has a system in place to ensure they are getting the best prices. He has a Master of Science in Organizational Management is willing to relocate to Florida with assistance.

Director of Population Health Management

He started his career in healthcare over 10 years ago as an RN and is currently the Director of Population Health Management. He is responsible for seven acute care hospitals, 160 physician practices and the development and oversight of a $3.6 M budget.
He oversees 28 direct reports with line of sight to an additional 22 indirect reports. He has had numerous successes in cost savings and increasing revenue with $9M in the form of readmission penalty reduction and a 55.5% revenue increase on value-based contracts. He was the architect of a contracted care coordination program for AHC Clinically Integrated Network which reduced 30-day return rate for patients to 5%. He received his Master of Healthcare Administration with a Focus in Informatics from St. Joseph’s University and he is relocatable along the East Coast with assistance.

Chief Clinical Information Officer

He has over 23 years of experience in healthcare and senior management and has held Corporate Chief positions in Operations, Clinical, Nursing, Ancillary, and IT. He directs successful operations of all phases and functions of single organizations or multiple entities within a larger network or system.
He is currently the Chief Clinical Information Officer and manages all the operational aspects of service delivery for a 5-hospital system, research organization, and Medical school. He wants to make an impact and doesn’t believe is operating to the status quo. He has had several successes throughout his career. He led IT rationalization with a total savings of $3.5M and he reduced variances in workflows which reduced operational overhead by $9 M. He is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt and received his MBA from Saint Leo University. He is willing to relocate anywhere besides CA and AZ with assistance.

Quality and Safety Clinical Nurse Specialist/Project Manager

She has been working in the Healthcare field for over 15 years. She is currently the Quality and Safety Clinical Nurse Specialist/Project Manager and has 2 direct reports. She oversees 2 campuses with a combined bed count of over 900.
She has extensive experience with CMS and the Joint Commission and is a key member of the regulatory CMS/JC yearly prep visits. She also has extensive experience with performance improvement and Quality metrics. She has a strong passion for quality and safety because it helps make changes that improve patient lives and it is ever-evolving. Being in Quality allows her to be creative and think outside of the box and to help others who are not able to. She leads by example. She ensures the team is clear on the vision/goal, and everyone on the team is clear on expectations. She also strongly believes in an “open door” policy and that they work as a team. Communication is one of her greatest strengths and she understands that open communication has the capability of bringing out the best in everyone. She is relocatable to any major city.

Director of Compliance and Employee Relations

She started her career in healthcare as an RN and then transitioned to transplant with the Alabama Organ Center, where she was responsible for hospital development, family services and clinical coordination. She is currently the Director of Compliance and Employee Relations and although she loves her position, she is looking to get back to a hospital setting where she can make an impact in the lives of her patients.
She has extensive experience with transplant regulatory, compliance and with the development of policies and procedures. She is passionate about transplant and has had numerous successes throughout her career. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Alabama and is willing to relocate along the East Coast with assistance.

Performance Improvement Coach & Engineer / Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma

She has been working in the Healthcare industry with a direct focus on quality for the last 5 years and she is a Master Black Belt. She is currently the Performance Improvement Coach & Engineer / Master Black Belt Lean Six Sigma and before this position, she was the Quality & Process Improvement Coordinator. She has served as the Interim Director of Quality and had 4 direct reports and was over 2 hospitals with a 574 total bed count. She is a servant leader and believes in getting her hands dirty and helping to improve things from the front lines alongside her team.
She also understands that there is a balance to leadership and sets clear expectations for her team and holds them accountable. Her background is one of process improvement and that has given her a different perspective in quality. She has extensive experience with CMS reporting, implementing initiatives, the Joint Commission and handling multiple projects. She feels that Quality and Improvements go hand in hand, and you can’t do one successfully without the other. She knows that you need to continuously make improvements in Quality to ensure that the organization doesn’t become stagnant and complacent in their processes and she is passionate about making improvements, whether it’s in Quality, Safety, Risk, or Performance Processes. She received her Master of Science in Healthcare Quality & Safety from Sam Houston State University and she is willing to relocate anywhere with warm weather and beaches with assistance.

RN CCM

She is a Certified Case Manager with over 9 years of experience as an RN and has worked within Acute care and insurance. She is currently an RN Case Manager for a large Health Insurance Organization and has multi-state Nursing Licensure. She loves case management and the ability to help her patients. She is an RN with a deep and rich clinical/leadership history with an MBA and Health IT experience creating actionable change from data, reports to achieve and improve quality measures.
She has created two innovative processes to enhance case manager workflow and expedite Medical Director reviews and she is always looking for ways to improve processes and create savings. She received her MBA from Capella University and her BSN from Ohio University. She is relocatable with assistance.

Director of Finance and Controller

He has been working in healthcare finance for over 20 years and is currently the Director of Finance and Controller. He supervises a staff of eighteen including an assistant director and three managers that perform the general accounting and financial management functions for the System which generates in excess of $500 million in annual operating revenue. He is also a key participant in the implementation of an organization-wide LEAN management system that has generated savings of over $600,000 in 9 months.
In addition to financial tracking of all LEAN projects, he chaired a multi-disciplinary team to improve the supply charging and inventory replenishment processes on the inpatient nursing units. His leadership style is built on being an individual of high character and integrity. He believes in building professional relationships based on trust and high-functioning and diverse teams. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from The Florida State University and he is a CPA in the State of Florida. He is willing to relocate within the State of Florida with assistance.
