On December 11, 2018 Gary Cormier, a Senior Human Resources and Organizational Development Consultant from Harvard University presented “Workplace Civility on a Continuum” to reinforce the importance of appropriate conduct and boundaries in professional environments. This subject has particular relevance in light of the #metoo movement.

Gary Cormier has over 30 years of experience in HumaGary Comiern Resources, Career Development and Coaching. Mr. Cormier has extensive experience as an Organizational Development Consultant , he is also an experienced trainer and facilitator. He is an assessment administrator and facilitator in Talent Analytics CORE and Ambitions, Type Coach Certified Consultant as well as Cultural Intelligence Certified Consultant.**

This foundational session underlined the importance of professionalism, courtesy and appropriate boundaries within the workplace. Practical strategies for facilitating and maintaining high standards of conduct were shared in this presentation.
