A highly experienced veteran at coaching individuals for successful performance, Pam consults and coaches to facilitate and design talent strategies and the resulting programs for significant business impact. She is heavily invested in defining and fostering engagement for organizations and individuals through areas of: leader and talent development, career enhancement, change management and team effectiveness. Pam’s certifications/licenses include: MasteryWorks, Development Dimensions International (DDI), Franklin-Covey, Myers-Briggs and Master Career Development Professional. Pam has coached for executive performance, talent development, knowledge continuity, onboarding and career transition. Pam holds a BA in Education and a MA in Counseling.
