Juan has more than 30 years executive, local and international experience in multiple industries in the private and public sectors. Throughout his career, Juan has impacted organizations by developing leaders and managers in goal oriented behavior, while assisting them to remove those self-imposed boundaries that limit successful attainment. He is an experienced executive coach, business ethics instructor and arbitrator.

Juan has served as an executive and director in the healthcare industry experienced in operations and human capital. He is also experienced in various other industries including financial, manufacturing, marine transport, academia and all business sectors. Juan hold MBA from Florida International University where he is also an Adjunct Professor.
