She has worked in various HR roles for a diverse set of organizations with an emphasis in Affirmative Action Program/EEO Labor Compliance. This includes preparation of Affirmative Action Plans, client’s support during federal audits, training, management in compliance matters, conducting mock audits in AA/EEO, I-9 verification, compensation and job analysis, and Wage & Hour audits among others.
