Michelle is an experienced Executive Recruiter with a passion for finding the right fit for every client and candidate. It is important to her to find the candidate that will not only be the right person for the position but have a seamless transition into the culture of the organization. Michelle knows that in order to find the right fit, it is important to understand not only what the client and the candidate are looking for but what kind of organizational culture they have and desire. To her, sourcing and recruiting is about the relationship and making sure that the human element is a major part of the process and she goes above and beyond everyday to achieve this goal.

Michelle’s background in customer service and anticipating the needs of her customers, internally and externally, are a major element to her success and her recruiting focus is within the Healthcare field, but she is also experienced in sourcing and recruiting for hospitality and retail. Michelle received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her MBA and MS in Accounting from Walden University.
