Meet the Team

Shannon Faith Walsh is a Senior Consultant, supporting her clients through conflict coaching, intercultural coaching, change management, leadership development, and personal and professional wellness. As an ICF Certified Executive Coach and facilitator of Business Management and Emotional Intelligence programs, she works with organizations to level-up their employees. 

Shannon’s coaching succeeds because it is a customized, personal experience for the executive who is being coached. Objectives are realistic, implementation is immediate, and feedback is continuous. Through coaching sessions and just-in-time feedback, Shannon works one-on-one with each coaching participant to help them achieve the highest possible level of performance in the workplace. The primary focus of the coaching engagement is to achieve the goals and objectives for the participant, while ensuring the needs of the organization are being met.  

Shannon spent over 25 years as a Business Executive and Higher Education Administrator. She has worked for various Fortune 500 Companies and Universities in the United States and Asia. She has also spent time working with the U.S. Armed Forces, Leading Nonprofit Organizations, as an Adjunct Business Professor, and two years as the co-host of an award-winning television program in South Korea.

Shannon holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Rollins College, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Literature, Language and Culture from Syracuse University.
