Change is not usually comfortable, and having an objective partner who listens, provides new insight, and moves the client forward, are valuable in creating change.
Many coaches work exclusively on a linear level, and the results may not be long-lasting. Susan shifts people’s perspective by delving deeply to challenge their beliefs and assumptions, which may result in shifts on multiple levels.

Susan is also an adjunct professor at Nova Southeast University, University of Miami and University of Texas/Dallas, where she teaches Coaching Competencies, Coaching Ethics, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace- with a coach approach.
